Check out photos from Heidi + Jayden's Olin Park wedding in summer below! The couple planned the most thoughtful wedding celebration with their family and friends at this lakeside park in August. The couple channeled their outdoorsy spirit into decorating the Olin Pavilion and had an outdoor ceremony overlooking Lake Monona under the large oak trees.
One of my favorite touches that the couple chose was to have a private first look and after their first look they took time to read letters they had written to one another. Reading letters to each other was a unique way to steal a moment to themselves at the beginning of the day. Their ceremony was incredibly thoughtful. Their unity ceremony involved combining water from sources that were important to them, such as from where they grew up, where they met, and now where they are making a home.
The couple's reception kicked off with making their own pizzas that were wood fired by @itsgoodforyoupizza. Then guests got to dine on freshly cooked pizza for the evening. Olin Park was such a great outdoor venue. The park offers a wide variety of areas for photos, including by the lake and in the old growth forest.
